Rachael is a registered Patent Agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Rachael holds a Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and her practice includes patent drafting and prosecution for technologies in the electronic, electrical, software, and mechanical fields. 

Before becoming a Patent Agent, Rachael gained valuable hands-on experience working in the renewable energy and smart grid sector. This experience gives her a unique insight into the challenges and nuances of patenting complex inventions.
